FastBuild lets companies register every job site with an address, a map-pinned location, and a geofence radius, then manage attendance, tasks, crews, and reports per site.

A construction company rarely works on one site at a time. FastBuild treats the job site as the organizing unit for the whole platform: attendance is checked in per site, tasks are assigned per site, crews are associated with sites, and daily reports are generated per site.

Registering a site is straightforward. The manager enters the site name, address, and contact details, then pins the location on the map. The geofence radius is set to match the physical boundary of the project. Once the site exists, it appears in the site list for the company and, for assigned employees, in their list of sites.

Each site has a detail view with the map, the geofence, the crew assigned to it, the site code, and the contact information. Sites can be edited at any time, including the geofence radius, and can be deactivated when a project ends. A deactivated site stops accepting check-ins, which keeps attendance data clean.

Because every record in FastBuild carries the site context, the platform can answer practical questions: who worked at this site today, which tasks are open on this site, and what the daily report looks like for this site.

For companies managing multiple projects across Ontario, British Columbia, or Alberta, the site layer keeps the platform organized without requiring administrative overhead.
