Construction Daily Reporting
Close out every workday with a structured report built from real site data.
The Problem
Daily reports are written by hand or reconstructed after the fact, and the numbers rarely match the attendance and task records.
The Outcome
FastBuild generates daily reports per site from the attendance, hours, tasks, and GPS data already captured, with PDF export.
A daily construction report answers the question: what happened on this site today?
In many companies, the answer is written by hand at the end of the day: who was on site, how many hours were worked, what tasks were completed, and any issues that came up. The report is then typed up, filed, and rarely checked against the actual records.
FastBuild generates the report from the records that already exist. The attendance section lists each employee's status and hours. The tasks section lists the work completed that day. The hours section separates regular time from overtime. The GPS section lists any check-ins outside the geofence. The notes section captures the session notes entered by the crew.
Generating a report is a single action for a site and date, and the report can be exported as a PDF for the project file.
The benefit is consistency. The report is only as good as the data, but the data is captured during the day by the people who were there, rather than reconstructed from memory at the end of the week.
FastBuild supports this workflow with daily reports, GPS attendance, and task management, all organized per construction site.
