Job Site Workforce Management
Run attendance, tasks and daily reporting for each job site from one place.
The Problem
A supervisor's day is split between the work on site and the paperwork about the work: attendance, tasks, and reports are separate chores.
The Outcome
FastBuild brings attendance, tasks, and the daily report together on the site, so supervision and documentation happen in the same workflow.
Job site workforce management is the daily reality of supervision: making sure the right people are on site, the work is progressing, and the day is documented.
Most supervisors experience this as three separate chores. Attendance is collected in the morning, tasks are tracked in a notebook or memory, and the daily report is reconstructed at the end of the day. Each chore creates its own record, and the records never quite match.
FastBuild puts the site at the center. The site has a crew, a geofence, a task list, and a daily report. Attendance check-ins land against the site. Tasks are created and updated within the site. When the day ends, the daily report is generated from that same data: who was present, what hours were worked, which tasks were completed, and whether there were GPS exceptions.
The supervisor's workflow becomes a loop instead of a pile of chores: check the crew in, move the tasks, review the report, close the day.
Because the records are connected, the supervisor can answer questions that used to require reconciliation: did every worker on the report actually check in, and does the task list match the work that was claimed?
FastBuild supports this workflow with construction sites, GPS attendance, task management, and daily reports.
